Coaching is about creating a safe, non-judgmental space for you to clarify your goals and explore creative solutions.
I believe that people want to feel effective and fulfilled in what they choose to do each day and be clear about why they are doing it, coaching enables this to happen.
I will be in your corner. My approach to each coaching programme is bespoke, entirely confidential, impartial, pragmatic and tailored to evaluating your situation, progressing your agenda and meeting your objectives.
My approach is about creating a partnership and asking powerful questions to get to the heart of the matter whilst supporting you as you overcome any obstacles and work towards purposeful, sustainable growth. I only use models, theory or techniques that give you the tools that you need to be confident to make the changes you want to.
I am a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the leading global organisation for coaches and coaching, the International Coaching Federation (ICF). ICF credentialed coaches are recognised to have met stringent education and experience requirements and demonstrate commitment to integrity, the understanding and mastery of coaching skills and dedication to clients.
My style is informal, approachable and authentic; neither of us need to stand on ceremony. I promote transparent, open and honest dialogue so we can have real conversations, inspire your belief in your commitments and create solutions that you will be invested in and proud of.
The first step is an initial no obligation intro call to discuss you, your requirements and objectives.
Coaching programmes are for a minimum of 6 sessions of up to 90 minutes in duration, typically once a fortnight although the frequency is determined on a case-by-case basis
Sessions are via Teams/Zoom so it doesn’t matter where you are in the world
Face to Face coaching sessions can be arranged by agreement
Everything is confidential. I work in accordance with the ICF Code of Ethics

Career Management Coaching will involve us working together to help you determine and achieve the future you want to have and to plan the intentional steps that you need to take to get there. We will review your current situation and identify what really matters to you and why.
By understanding what you’re passionate about and realising your potential, you are likely to be more engaged and effective, leading to increased levels of performance, contribution and impact.
Our aim together will be to achieve meaningful purpose-driven growth that activates your aspirations and give you fulfilment in your career.

If you want to make a successful career change or job move it can be difficult, regardless of whether it’s a result of thoughtful planning or because you have to.
You may have decided to instigate a job change yourself, or conversely, a restructure or other career uncertainty may require you to respond and make a change urgently. I understand the emotions and practicalities of responding to such events as I have been at the sharp end of many restructures and change scenarios, from both sides of the fence. I’ll help you turn these situations into positives.
Mentoring is different to coaching. If you ask me to mentor you, I would be pleased to provide advice and act as an accountability partner as we work towards achieving the job move you need, or want, to make. Job Transition Mentoring means that I will provide you with support and guidance to help you develop your knowledge, skills and capability to increase your chances of making the right decisions to achieve a successful transition.

Regardless of whether you are an established executive, aspiring leader or newly promoted senior manager, the focus of leadership coaching is to intentionally carve out the time and space to think through, explore, test and plan the behaviours you will adopt and the actions that you will take to transform your approach, performance and impact as a leader.
To lead consistently with courage, clarity and conviction is demanding but by understanding yourself, your energy, strengths and blind spots you will be able to lead most authentically and effectively.

Working in groups and exploring team dynamics, fosters a process of collaboration that moves team members towards appreciation, clarity and ultimately alignment, with their co-workers. Group sessions also galvanise team culture and promote effective team working, this drives commitments and actions that enable shared objectives to be achieved.
As an accredited partner organisation of the GC Index I, along with my co-Partners at PurposeFused, have used GC Index data and insights as the basis for numerous team workshops. Following a detailed assessment, we utilise a bespoke Team Impact report as the foundation for these workshops. We have assisted clients to understand how to best leverage the talent within their teams, to create enhanced impact and value.
By introducing a common language and framework, and effective ways of working, trust and a sense of belonging are strengthened among colleagues.

It has helped many of my clients understand how, when and why they are at their best, revealing what to focus on to amplify their natural energy and enthusiasm for the things that matter most.
